The rules for using the VeritMoney website and early-access list.
These terms cover your use of this website and our early-access list. When accounts open, you will be asked to accept a separate account agreement, which will apply to your account alongside the terms of our partner institutions.
1. About these terms
These terms of use ("Terms") apply to your use of veritmoney.com and any related pages (the "Website"). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
2. Who we are
The Website is operated by Veritron AI LLC, doing business as VeritMoney, a California limited liability company (Entity No. B20250111015) with its principal office at 3360 Celeste Dr, Riverside, CA 92507, United States. Veritron AI LLC is registered with FinCEN as a Money Services Business.
VeritMoney is not a bank. Account details, custody of customer funds and payment services are provided by licensed partner institutions. Deposits are not insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) through VeritMoney.
3. Our services
VeritMoney is preparing to offer multi-currency accounts and international payment services. Services are not yet available and may not be offered in every state or country. Joining the early-access list does not create an account, guarantee that an account will be opened, or oblige you or us to enter into any agreement.
Opening an account will depend on successful identity verification and our partners' approval. We may decline an application where the law or our risk policies require it.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You may not use the Website or our services if you are located in, or a resident of, a country or region subject to comprehensive US sanctions, or if you are named on a sanctions list maintained by the US Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) or another relevant authority.
5. Using this website
You agree not to:
- Use the Website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, including money laundering or terrorist financing.
- Give false information or pretend to be someone else.
- Try to gain unauthorised access to the Website, our systems or other users' information.
- Introduce viruses or harmful code, or interfere with the Website's operation.
- Copy, scrape or reuse the Website's content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
6. Intellectual property
The VeritMoney name, logo, website design, text and graphics belong to Veritron AI LLC or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your personal use. You may not use our name or logo without our written permission.
7. Information on this website
The Website is for general information only and is not financial, legal or tax advice. Fees, exchange-rate examples and fee comparisons are illustrative estimates and may change before launch. Examples of account details and balances are for demonstration and do not relate to any real person or account. We try to keep the Website accurate but do not guarantee that it is complete or up to date.
8. Links to other websites
The Website may link to websites run by others. We are not responsible for their content, security or privacy practices.
9. Limitation of liability
The Website is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veritron AI LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the Website, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Website will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Veritron AI LLC against claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Website.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable US federal law. Any dispute relating to the Website will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Riverside County, California, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version on this page. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
